Finalit\u00e0 del trattamento<\/h3>\n<p>Ai sensi dell&#8217;art. 13 del Reg. UE 2016\/679, La informiamo che i dati personali sono raccolti per le seguenti finalit\u00e0 del trattamento:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Adempiere a quanto previsto dallo Statuto della Federazione ovvero diffusione e progresso della speleologia in tutti i suoi aspetti, in special modo nell\u2019ambito del Friuli-Venezia Giulia, nonch\u00e9 la valorizzazione e la salvaguardia dell\u2019ambiente naturale, con particolare riguardo per le aree d\u2019interesse speleologico<\/li>\n<li>assolvere ad obblighi contrattuali, di legge, di regolamenti o della normativa comunitaria e adempiere agli obblighi contabili e fiscali e amministrativi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>2. Base giuridica del trattamento<\/h3>\n<p>Il trattamento \u00e8 lecito poich\u00e9 ricorre almeno una delle seguenti condizioni:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019interessato ha espresso il consenso al trattamento dei propri dati personali per una o pi\u00f9 specifiche finalit\u00e0;<\/li>\n<li>il trattamento \u00e8 necessario all\u2019esecuzione di un contratto di cui l\u2019interessato \u00e8 parte o all\u2019esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su richiesta dello stesso;<\/li>\n<li>il trattamento \u00e8 necessario per adempiere un obbligo legale al quale \u00e8 soggetto il titolare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Modalit\u00e0 e durata del trattamento<\/h3>\n<p>I dati verranno trattati, secondo principi di liceit\u00e0 e correttezza ed in modo da tutelare la Sua riservatezza, su moduli cartacei e\/o supporti informatici o comunque elettronici, saranno protetti e custoditi in conformit\u00e0 alla normativa vigente, nei modi necessari per perseguire le predette finalit\u00e0 e saranno conservati per il tempo prescritto dalle norme civilistiche e fiscali.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Natura del conferimento e conseguenze del rifiuto di rispondere<\/h3>\n<p>Il conferimento dei dati richiesti per le finalit\u00e0 di cui al punto 1. \u00e8 necessario per il corretto svolgimento dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 propria e per l\u2019efficace gestione ed erogazione dei servizi ad essa connessi e il mancato conferimento non consentir\u00e0 alla scrivente di svolgere quanto richiesto.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Accesso ai dati e comunicazione dei dati<\/h3>\n<p>I dati potranno essere comunicati alle categorie ed ai soggetti di seguito indicati:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>essere noti a dipendenti e collaboratori del Titolare, nella loro qualit\u00e0 di incaricati e\/o responsabili interni del trattamento e\/o amministratori di sistema;<\/li>\n<li>essere comunicati a societ\u00e0 terze o altri soggetti (a titolo indicativo, istituti di credito, studi professionali, consulenti, societ\u00e0 di assicurazione per la prestazione di servizi assicurativi, etc.) che svolgono attivit\u00e0 in outsourcing per conto del Titolare, nella loro qualit\u00e0 di responsabili esterni del trattamento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I dati personali non potranno essere diffusi.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Trasferimento<\/h3>\n<p>I dati personali sono conservati su server ubicati all\u2019interno dell\u2019Unione Europea.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Diritti dell&#8217;interessato<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019interessato ha il diritto di ottenere dal titolare la conferma che sia o meno in corso un trattamento di dati personali che lo riguardano e, in tal caso, ha diritto di ottenere l\u2019accesso ai dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione degli stessi o la limitazione del trattamento, ha diritto di opporsi al trattamento in qualsiasi momento ed anche nel caso del trattamento per finalit\u00e0 di marketing diretto e al processo decisionale automatizzato; inoltre ha diritto alla portabilit\u00e0, alla revoca del consenso in qualsiasi momento, senza pregiudicare la liceit\u00e0 del trattamento basata sul consenso prima della revoca, e di proporre reclamo a un\u2019autorit\u00e0 di controllo. Retention duration of activity data depends on the site\u2019s plan and activity type. <a href=\"https:\/\/jetpackme.wordpress.com\/support\/activity-log\/#data-retention\">See the complete list of currently-recorded activities (along with retention information)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Synced (<a href=\"https:\/\/jetpack.com\/support\/what-data-does-jetpack-sync\/\">?<\/a>):<\/strong> Successful and failed login attempts, which will include the actor\u2019s IP address and user agent.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"comment-likes\">Comment Likes<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"color: #00be28;\">This feature is only accessible to users logged in to WordPress.com.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Used:<\/strong> In order to process a comment like, the following information is used: WordPress.com user ID\/username (you must be logged in to use this feature), the local site-specific user ID (if the user is signed in to the site on which the like occurred), and a true\/false data point that tells us if the user liked a specific comment. If you perform a like action from <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.wordpress.com\/mobile\/\">one of our mobile apps<\/a>, some additional information is used to track the activity: IP address, user agent, timestamp of event, blog ID, browser language, country code, and device info.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activity Tracked:<\/strong> Comment likes.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"contact-form\">Contact Form<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Data Used:<\/strong> If <a href=\"https:\/\/akismet.com\/\">Akismet<\/a> is enabled on the site, the contact form submission data \u2014 IP address, user agent, name, email address, website, and message \u2014 is submitted to the <a href=\"https:\/\/akismet.com\/\">Akismet<\/a> service (also owned by <a href=\"https:\/\/automattic.com\/\">Automattic<\/a>) for the sole purpose of spam checking. The actual submission data is stored in the database of the site on which it was submitted and is emailed directly to the owner of the form (i.e. the site author who published the page on which the contact form resides). This email will include the submitter\u2019s IP address, timestamp, name, email address, website, and message.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Synced (<a href=\"https:\/\/jetpack.com\/support\/what-data-does-jetpack-sync\/\">?<\/a>):<\/strong> Post and post meta data associated with a user\u2019s contact form submission. If <a href=\"https:\/\/akismet.com\/\">Akismet<\/a> is enabled on the site, the IP address and user agent originally submitted with the comment are synced, as well, as they are stored in post meta.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"gravatar-hovercards\">Gravatar Hovercards<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Data Used:<\/strong> This feature will send a hash of the user\u2019s email address (if logged in to the site or WordPress.com \u2014 or if they submitted a comment on the site using their email address that is attached to an active Gravatar profile) to the <a href=\"https:\/\/gravatar.com\/\">Gravatar<\/a> service (also owned by <a href=\"https:\/\/automattic.com\/\">Automattic<\/a>) in order to retrieve their profile image.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"jetpack-comments\">Jetpack Comments<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Data Used:<\/strong> Commenter\u2019s name, email address, and site URL (if provided via the comment form), timestamp, and IP address. Additionally, a jetpack.wordpress.com IFrame receives the following data: WordPress.com blog ID attached to the site, ID of the post on which the comment is being submitted, commenter\u2019s local user ID (if available), commenter\u2019s local username (if available), commenter\u2019s site URL (if available), MD5 hash of the commenter\u2019s email address (if available), and the comment content. If <a href=\"https:\/\/akismet.com\/\">Akismet<\/a> (also owned by <a href=\"https:\/\/automattic.com\/\">Automattic<\/a>) is enabled on the site, the following information is sent to the service for the sole purpose of spam checking: commenter\u2019s name, email address, site URL, IP address, and user agent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activity Tracked:<\/strong> The comment author\u2019s name, email address, and site URL (if provided during the comment submission) are stored in cookies. <a href=\"https:\/\/jetpack.com\/support\/cookies\/#comments\">Learn more about these cookies<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Synced (<a href=\"https:\/\/jetpack.com\/support\/what-data-does-jetpack-sync\/\">?<\/a>):<\/strong> All data and metadata (see above) associated with comments. Some visitor-related information or activity may be sent to the site owner via this feature. This may include: email address, WordPress.com username, site URL, email address, comment content, follow actions, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activity Tracked:<\/strong> Sending notifications (i.e. when we send a notification to a particular user), opening notifications (i.e. when a user opens a notification that they receive), performing an action from within the notification panel (e.g. liking a comment or marking a comment as spam), and clicking on any link from within the notification panel\/interface.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"protect\">Protect<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Data Used:<\/strong> In order to check login activity and potentially block fraudulent attempts, the following information is used: attempting user\u2019s IP address, attempting user\u2019s email address\/username (i.e. according to the value they were attempting to use during the login process), and all IP-related HTTP headers attached to the attempting user.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activity Tracked:<\/strong> Failed login attempts (these include IP address and user agent). We also set a cookie (<code>jpp_math_pass<\/code>) for 1 day to remember if\/when a user has successfully completed a math captcha to prove that they\u2019re a real human. <a href=\"https:\/\/jetpack.com\/support\/cookies\/#protect\">Learn more about this cookie.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Synced (<a href=\"https:\/\/jetpack.com\/support\/what-data-does-jetpack-sync\/\">?<\/a>):<\/strong> Failed login attempts, which contain the user\u2019s IP address, attempted username or email address, and user agent information.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"sharing\">Sharing<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Data Used:<\/strong> When sharing content via email (this option is only available if <a href=\"https:\/\/akismet.com\/\">Akismet<\/a> is active on the site), the following information is used: sharing party\u2019s name and email address (if the user is logged in, this information will be pulled directly from their account), IP address (for spam checking), user agent (for spam checking), and email body\/content. This content will be sent to <a href=\"https:\/\/akismet.com\/\">Akismet<\/a> (also owned by <a href=\"https:\/\/automattic.com\/\">Automattic<\/a>) so that a spam check can be performed. Additionally, if <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/recaptcha\">reCAPTCHA<\/a> (by Google) is enabled by the site owner, the sharing party\u2019s IP address will be shared with that service. You can find Google\u2019s privacy policy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/policies\/privacy\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"subscriptions\">Subscriptions<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Data Used:<\/strong> To initiate and process subscriptions, the following information is used: subscriber\u2019s email address and the ID of the post or comment (depending on the specific subscription being processed). In the event of a new subscription being initiated, we also collect some basic server data, including all of the subscribing user\u2019s HTTP request headers, the IP address from which the subscribing user is viewing the page, and the URI which was given in order to access the page (<code>REQUEST_URI<\/code> and <code>DOCUMENT_URI<\/code>). This server data used for the exclusive purpose of monitoring and preventing abuse and spam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activity Tracked:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/jetpack.com\/support\/cookies\/#subscriptions\">Functionality cookies<\/a> are set for a duration of <strong>347 days<\/strong> to remember a visitor\u2019s blog and post subscription choices if, in fact, they have an active subscription.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"wordpress-com-secure-sign-on\">WordPress.com Secure Sign On<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"color: #00be28;\">This feature is only accessible to registered users of the site with WordPress.com accounts.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Used:<\/strong> User ID (local site and WordPress.com), role (e.g. administrator), email address, username and display name. Additionally, for activity tracking (see below): IP address, WordPress.com user ID, WordPress.com username, WordPress.com-connected site ID and URL, Jetpack version, user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, country code.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activity Tracked:<\/strong> The following usage events are recorded: starting the login process, completing the login process, failing the login process, successfully being redirected after login, and failing to be redirected after login. Several functionality cookies are also set, and these are detailed explicitly in our <a href=\"https:\/\/jetpack.com\/support\/cookies\/#sso\">Cookie documentation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Synced (<a href=\"https:\/\/jetpack.com\/support\/what-data-does-jetpack-sync\/\">?<\/a>):<\/strong> The user ID and role of any user who successfully signed in via this feature.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"wordpress-com-stats\">WordPress.com Stats<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Data Used:<\/strong> IP address, WordPress.com user ID (if logged in), WordPress.com username (if logged in), user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, country code. <em>Important:<\/em> The site owner does <strong>not<\/strong> have access to any of this information via this feature. For example, a site owner can see that a specific post has 285 views, but he\/she cannot see which specific users\/accounts viewed that post. Stats logs \u2014 containing visitor IP addresses and WordPress.com usernames (if available) \u2014 are retained by <a href=\"https:\/\/automattic.com\/\">Automattic<\/a> for 28 days and are used for the sole purpose of powering this feature.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activity Tracked:<\/strong> Post and page views, <a href=\"https:\/\/jetpackme.wordpress.com\/support\/for-your-privacy-policy\/#video-hosting\">video plays<\/a> (if videos are hosted by WordPress.com), outbound link clicks, referring URLs and search engine terms, and country. When this module is enabled, Jetpack also tracks performance on each page load that includes the Javascript file used for tracking stats. This is exclusively for aggregate performance tracking across Jetpack sites in order to make sure that our plugin and code is not causing performance issues. This includes the tracking of page load times and resource loading duration (image files, Javascript files, CSS files, etc.). The site owner has the ability to force this feature <a href=\"https:\/\/jetpack.com\/support\/wordpress-com-stats\/#honoring-dnt\">to honor DNT settings of visitors<\/a>. By default, DNT is currently not honored.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 id=\"wordpress-com-toolbar\">WordPress.com Toolbar<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"color: #00be28;\">This feature is only accessible to registered users of the site who are also logged in to WordPress.com.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Data Used:<\/strong> Gravatar image URL of the logged-in user in order to display it in the toolbar and the WordPress.com user ID of the logged-in user.
